2 Pole 30 Amp 240V Rated, Bolt-On type Circuit Breaker by Zinsco, not in business any longer and these bolt on breaker are not made by anyone else. Used in panelboards and not loadcenter. Loadcenters us plug-in breaker such as the Q2430-100. Very old Zinsco model with a nick-name Magnatrip. Other manufacturers purchased the line and branded their names during production such as Challenger, Sylvania, Thomas & Betts and now Connecticut Circuit Breaker Co.
