Description
VCS-8P2-MOB Includes Only:
- Veracity 8+1-Port CAMSWITCH Mobile Low-Voltage 802.3at PoE Switch
The 8+1-Port CAMSWITCH Mobile Low-Voltage 802.3at PoE Switch from Veracity offers network solution for transport, battery, solar, and low-voltage applications. It is a compact and versatile switch that provides PoE+ from a wide input range of 8.5 to 50VDC. It supplies up to 80 W total power when input is above 10V, 50W when the input voltage drops below 10V. CAMSWITCH Mobile provides a network connection and optional PoE to 8 cameras. PoE is converted to IEEE 802.3af/802.3at levels from a 10 or 40 VDC supply. The power output can be maximized up to 80W of total power, at its rated ambient temperature of 122°F (50°C). CAMSWITCH Mobile can operate from an 8.5 to 50VDC supply, and step this up to a steady PoE voltage, internally. It is equipped with 8 network ports with 802.3at PoE and two data-only ports. All ports support 10/100 Base-T with auto-negotiation and auto-crossover. PoE is delivered on the Ethernet data pairs for compatibility with external 4-pin. The switch has a rugged enclosure with adjustable mounting brackets. Note:Cables should be secured appropriately to prevent vibration.
